Q. Where is your Larnaca Airport pick-up point?
A. After you clear through customs and while at the building of the airport take the escalators or the lift that leads you to the upper floor of the departures area. Exit the main building of the airport from the departures entrance. Across the street there is a coffee shop called Kafeneio at where our driver will be picking you up.
Q. Where is your Paphos Airport pick-up point?
A. After you clear through customs, exit the main building of the airport. Walk about 50 meters on your right and wait for our driver.
Q. For your Private Taxi Service, where can i meet your driver?
A. Our driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the arrivals section of the airport, right after you clear through customs, holding a sign board with your name on.
Q. How I can book my seats?
A. You can book your seats via our website or by phone or by email
Q. Do you provide child – seats?
A. We do provide child seats. We need to know how many child-seats you need prior your pick up date and time.
Q. What’s your luggage allowance?
A. Every passenger is allowed to have one small (cabin bag) and one big suitcase without any extra cost. Extra luggage will be charged.
Q. How can I pay?
A. Our only payment method at the moment is cash on pick-up.
Q. Can your Taxi wait for the passenger?
A. Due to our service is shared; our Taxi cannot wait for more than three minutes.
Q. How long does it take to go to my final destination?
A. The duration of the trip always depends on the number of stops our driver has to perform in order to facilitate the rest of the passengers and traffic conditions. For more information you can see our direct and indirect routes.
Q. What time should I be at the Airport?
A. You have to be at the Airport at least two hours prior your departure time.
Q. What is your Intercity Taxi Service (SHARED) timetable?
A. Our Shared Service routes start from 6:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m and on weekends 7:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. For more information on selected routes you can use our website’s fares calculator.
Q. Do you have addresses restrictions?
A. Due to law, we have address restrictions. For more information you can call our main offices at +357 22767600. In our online booking system, if an address is not popping out in the list then we cannot facilitate you from/to the selected address.
Q. Do you have an exact pick up time?
A. Passengers must be ready for pick up at least half an hour prior their booking time.
